All of our cards are designed in the Ratty Golightly studio in Suffolk. The cards are digitally reproduced from the originals that are printed by hand using hand-carved lino blocks. Each card measures 17.7cm x 12.8cm (7x5in). 

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days and you will receive an email to let you know your order is on its way. 

If there is a problem with your order (missing or damaged packaging etc.) please contact us as soon as possible and we will deal with the situation as quickly as we can, by replacement or refund.

if you wish to return the goods within 28 days of receiving the order, a full refund will be issued, but you will need to pay the return postal costs.
