 SHOP POLICIES  

Ratty Golightly is a small but mighty independent business. We offer hand printed unique products created in our cosy Suffolk studio. We love what we do but we also love enjoying the world around us. We do not operate like the big guys and do not have the resources to absorb courier costs just to win the sale. However, we are friendly and open and if you think there is something we can do better please get in touch. Also, if you are desperately in need of a product and can't wait the advised time, please get in touch. If the item is in stock, we will do our best to get it into that day's post.

1:ORDERS

We truly value your order, without it we wouldn't exist! From the point of receiving your order your item will be treated with absolute care. Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days and you will receive an email to let you know your order is on its way. Cards are sent by Royal Mail first class. Please note that textile orders can take up to 9 days as the ink takes 7 days to cure.

Many items are held in stock and can be sent out immediately. We make products in small batches. Once ready for dispatch, products are wrapped and taken to our lovely local Post Office for Trevor to process. We then send out an email to let you know that your package is on its way.

2:SHIPPING

Please let us know if you do not receive your parcel in the specified time.

3:RETURNS

If there is a problem with your order (missing or damaged packaging etc.) please contact us as soon as possible and we will deal with the situation as quickly as we can, by replacement or refund.

If you wish to return the goods within 28 days of receiving the order, a full refund will be issued, but you will need to pay the return postal costs.
